Dr. Jaime García Narro

Associate Dean of Executive Education, EGADE Business School

Dr. García Narro has 30 years of experience in the field of business and is a professional coach who trains both individuals and other coaches. He is a master coach with the Inter-American Academy of Coaching and an emotional intelligence instructor certified by the MSCEIT. This lends to his role as associate dean of Executive Education.

Dr. Mike Szymanski

Research Professor of International Business

Dr. Mike Szymanski joined EGADE Business School Guadalajara in August 2017. He holds a Ph.D. in International Management and Organizations completed at the Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria (Canada). He also holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and a master’s degree in American Culture from the University of Warsaw (Poland). Mike's research is at the confluence of international business, global leadership, and human resource management as the ultimate goal of his research is to understand how organizations can take full advantage of biculturals (i.e. people who have internalized two distinct cultures, such as Polish-British or Mexican-American individuals) and how these individuals can leverage their strengths in an organizational setting. His research has been published in international outlets (International Business Review, European Journal of International Management, Advances in Global Leadership) and presented in major international conferences (Academy of Management, Academy of International Business, Strategic Management Society).
